Age Requirements

Guests over the age of 24 months must have a ticket to enter. 

Note: This may vary per event; check the event ticket policy for verification.

Alcohol Beverage Policy

Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by persons aged 21 or older once inside the arena with proper legal identification. Alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of Frost Bank Center management. Outside alcohol may not be brought onto the Frost Bank Center grounds. 

Animals

Certified service animals for guests with disabilities are welcome at the Frost Bank Center and must remain on leash or in a harness. All other animals are prohibited unless approved by management.

Frost Bank Center Noisemaker Policy

NBA regulations prohibit noisemakers from being brought into the Frost Bank Center for Spurs games.

ATMs

There are six ATM locations within the Frost Bank Center. They are located on the Plaza Level by sections 103, 110, 117, and 125. Balcony Level ATMs are located by sections 208 and 224.

Attire

For the safety and comfort of our patrons, during franchise events, we request that shirts and proper attire be worn inside the Frost Bank Center.

Automobile Assistance

Jump-start assistance is available by asking any parking attendant or security personnel.

Bag Policy

All bags are subject to security search, bags up to 12” x 12” x 6” in size are permitted into the arena

Banners/Flags/Posters/Signs

Spectators are not permitted to use or wave flags, banners, signs or other items that are affixed to any pole or stick made of wood, metal, plastic or any other hard material, and that is more than 11 by 17 inches in size.

Teams/Artists are also prohibited from providing such items to fans either by sale or giveaway. (This allowance is subject to change, at any time, at the discretion of Frost Bank Center management.)

Signs may not be displayed during play at a sporting event, be placed on the court, or affixed to the building structure.

Cameras

For Spurs games & concerts, cameras with detachable lenses, camera with lenses longer than three inches and all video cameras are prohibited at Frost Bank Center.

Checking-In Items

Any item that is too cumbersome to keep under a seat (ex.: stroller, wheelchair, large umbrella), should be checked-in at our Guest Services location near Section 101.

Designated Driver Program

Our designated driver kiosk is located outside of Section 118 during Spurs games. Designated drivers receive a wristband good for one free soft drink and must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Drop-Off/Pick-Up

Drop Off by vehicle is permitted at any gate for Spurs games and most concerts. Limousines and buses must enter through Gate E.

Whether you are a friend/family member, Uber, Lyft, or taxi driver, please follow these steps to ensure you arrive at the correct location for pickup. Our Rideshare Pickup Zone is in lot 5 of the Frost Bank Center (see map).

Gate G will be the only entrance open and can only be accessed coming from I-35 and Frost Bank Center Drive. Frost Bank Center Drive will be closed to northbound traffic via Houston St.

  • From I-35 N: Use Exit 159B
  • From I-35 S: Use Exit 160
  • From Downtown via Houston St: Turn left onto Walters St. Follow the I-35 access road until you arrive at Frost Bank Center Drive, and then turn onto Frost Bank Center Drive headed south.
  • From I-10 E via Houston St: Head west towards Walters St, turn right and proceed to I-35, turn right and follow the access road until you arrive at Frost Bank Center Drive, and then turn onto Frost Bank Center Drive headed south.

Once you are on Frost Bank Center Drive:

  • Merge into the far-right lane of Frost Bank Center Drive
  • After passing Belgium Ln., Gembler Rd., and Aniol St., be prepared as gate “G” is the first gate into the property.
  • Follow instructions from parking staff who will direct you towards the Rideshare Pickup Zone
  • Let your passenger know when you have entered the Rideshare Pickup Zone
  • Exit with your passenger through Gate “E” and head north on Frost Bank Center Drive

Note: You will not be able to enter gates B, C, D, E or F after an event due to all lanes exiting out of the parking lots. Gate A is for Emergency Vehicles ONLY

To ensure passenger safety, please meet your riders at the designated pickup location. Please do not call your passenger and request that they meet you in a different location. Please DO NOT pick-up/drop off riders on the streets surrounding the Frost Bank Center. These actions are a violation and the vehicle operator can be subjected to a fine.

*Drop Off and Pick Up locations for concerts and events are subject to change.

Elevators

Elevators are located at each of the corners of the Frost Bank Center.

Escalators

Escalators are available on both the North and South Concourses of the Frost Bank Center.

First Aid

First Aid is located on the Plaza Level across from Section 119, and in the Balcony across from Section 222.

In the event of an emergency, please notify any Frost Bank Center representative or uniformed sheriff’s officer. 

Food and Beverage

A variety of food and beverage options are available throughout the Frost Bank Center.

Items for children such as baby bottles, formula, etc., are allowed.

Group Events/Sales

If you are bringing a group or would like more information about group discounts, please call 210-444-5959. For a special private event, please contact 210-444-5147. 

Guest Conduct

All Frost Bank Center guests should be treated in a consistent professional, and courteous manner by all arena and team personnel.

Disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures is prohibited.

Alcoholic beverages should be consumed in a responsible manner.

Guests are required to sit in their ticketed seats and show their tickets upon request.

Engaging in fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter off limit areas will be cause for immediate ejection from the arena.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited at the Frost Bank Center.

Obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing will not be permitted.

Selling tickets on the Frost Bank Center property, without permission, is prohibited.

Guests are required to comply with arena management regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.

Guests are prohibited from carrying other guests on their backs or shoulders at the Frost Bank Center.

Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without refund of any portion of the ticket price, to refuse admission to or eject any person(s) whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the enjoyment of others.

Guest Services/Service Innovation Team

Lost and Found

If you lost an item during an event, please contact the nearest Frost Bank Center staff member for assistance. You may also turn in any found items at our Guest Services locations, near Sections 101 or 206. Items will be held for 30 days with unclaimed items donated to charity. On non-event days, please call the Frost Bank Center at 210-444-5012 for lost item information.

Lost Children

Lost children should contact the nearest Frost Bank Center staff member. All lost children will be taken to Guest Services by Section 101.

Merchandise

Event specific merchandise is available throughout the concourse during Frost Bank Center events.

The Spurs Fan Shop is open Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm, and during Spurs games.

The Spurs Fan Shop is the official fan shop of the San Antonio Spurs and Austin Spurs.  The flagship is located on the south end of the Frost Bank Center and features a variety of merchandise.

San Antonio Livestock Exposition is only available during the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo in February.

New Security Procedure

The Frost Bank Center will introduce the use of magnetometers (walk-through metal detectors) as part of enhanced security procedures at all entrances of the arena to create a safer environment for all guests in attendance and to allow entry to be as quick and efficient as possible. 

Guests will be asked to remove any metallic items during the magnetometer screening process, including cameras, keys and cell phones at all points of entry. All bags and purses will also be screened. Fans without bags are encouraged to use the "No Bag Lanes" to expedite the process.

Opening Time

For most events, doors open 1 hour prior to the start time. This does vary by event. Please call our Service Innovation team at 210-444-5140 or by email for event specific information.

Outside Vending

The selling or sampling of merchandise, food, beverages, or other items on the property, without written Frost Bank Center authorization, is strictly prohibited.

Parking

The Frost Bank Center features more than 7,000 parking spaces on its property, including parking for patrons with disabilities located in Lots 1- 4 & 6. Prices and availability for parking varies by event.

You can pre-pay for parking ONLINE or at the Frost Bank Center Box Office (open event days only – opens 3 hours prior to event time).

Accessible parking spaces are available in each lot and are issued on a first come/first serve basis. All guests that have an ADA placard are required to present their driver’s license and must be present in the vehicle.

If you have a disabled veterans (DV) plate, the person to whom the certificate is registered must be present in the vehicle and present valid identification matching the certificate. This policy applies to any general parking areas.

All parking transactions are valid debit and credit cards only. Pre-purchase parking here

Private Events

Host your next corporate or private party at the Frost Bank Center. 

The Frost Bank Center features a variety of locations that can be rented on non-event days for conferences, meetings, trade shows and private parties to accomodate 10 - 20,000 guests.

Prohibited Items

Prohibited items may vary based on the type of event being held at the Frost Bank Center and at the discretion of Frost Bank Center staff.

Large bags, coolers, bottles, cans, food, and other containers are prohibited.

Example Items that are prohibited during all events at the Frost Bank Center (this list is not all-inclusive):

  • Bottles (glass, thermos, cans)
  • Brooms
  • Cameras with detachable lenses or lenses longer than 3” when extended
  • Chains (metal)
  • Costumes (dangerous in nature) including nunchucks, pitchforks, sling blades, axes, swords, whips, nooses, etc.)
  • Electronic Cigarettes (are not allowed within 500 ft. of the Frost Bank Center, to comply with our Tobacco Free Environment)
  • Flasks
  • Galaxy Note 7 smartphones may not be charged at the Frost Bank Center, Toyota Field or any other SS&E locations. Please visit http://www.samsung.com/us/note7recall/?cid=ppc- to process your exchange.
  • Guns (real, toys)
  • Knives or Multi Tools (pocketknives, switchblades, lock-blades, throwing stars, scissors)
  • Purses (larger than 12" x 12" x 6" in size)

  • Mace (pepper or tear gas)

Re-entry is not allowed at the Frost Bank Center.

Restaurants

The SWBC Terrace Restaurant, located on the Terrace Level, features a variety of cuisine for all of our guests. Call 210-444-5389 for more information on our Terrace Restaurant and to book your reservation today.

Restrooms

For your convenience, there are restrooms located on all levels throughout the Frost Bank Center. All restrooms meet or exceed ADA specifications. The Frost Bank Center also provides private bathrooms, on every level of the building, that accommodate patrons with disabilities who are assisted by a companion or family member.

Strollers can be checked in at Guest Services (Section 101) on the Plaza Level.

Tailgating

Tailgating is not allowed at the Frost Bank Center. Overnight parking is also prohibited.

Taxis

Taxis are available after most events and can be obtained at our Lot 5 Rideshare Pick Up Zone.

Tobacco and Smoke-Free Policy

Spurs Sports & Entertainment has designated the Frost Bank Center as tobacco and smoke-free building. 

The new policy includes all forms of smoking and tobacco use, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, personal vaporizers, smokeless tobacco and tobacco pipes. 

There will be no designated smoking areas anywhere inside the Frost Bank Center. The tobacco and smoke-free environment extends 500 feet from the Frost Bank Center. 

Tours of the Frost Bank Center

Frost Bank Center building tours are currently unavailable due to ongoing renovations. For additional information, please contact the Service Innovation Department at 210-444-5140.

Umbrellas

We allow patrons to keep umbrellas under their seat, if they will not interfere with the foot space of other patrons. Umbrellas can also be checked into Guest Services near, Section 101, until the end of your event.

Video Recorders

Video recording is not permitted during Frost Bank Center events.

Video cameras are allowed to be used to record a family member or friend in an on-court promotion or performance that are otherwise impermissible. These cameras must be tagged by Guest Services upon entry.

Wheelchair Assistance

If you need assistance getting to or from your seat, courtesy wheelchairs are available upon request. Please contact your nearest usher or Guest Services Representative for complimentary assistance.

Rideshare/ Uber

Get to and from the Frost Bank Center with ease! After the event, request a ride home through the Uber app and meet your driver in the Lot 5 Rideshare Pick Up Zone.

For your safety, and the safety of others, please do not meet Uber drivers anywhere other than the designated Rideshare Pick Up Zone.
