Age & Entry Rules

Guests 24 months of age and older must have a valid ticket for entry. Age requirements may vary by event. Please review the event details prior to purchase.
Re-entry is not permitted.

Alcohol Policy
-
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following alcohol policies are enforced at Frost Bank Center:
- Guests are limited to two alcoholic beverages per transaction.
- Beer servings are limited to a maximum of 25 ounces per drink.
- Guests who appear to be 30 years of age or younger must present valid, government-issued identification to purchase alcohol.
Sales Cut-Off
- Spurs Games: Alcohol sales will cease prior to the start of the fourth quarter. Alcohol may not be brought into the seating area once the fourth quarter has begun.
- Concerts and Other Events: Alcohol sales will end 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the event. Some events may require an all-pour policy for the entire building or specific areas.

Animals

Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are welcome at Frost Bank Center in accordance with ADA guidelines. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. All other animals are not permitted unless specifically approved by venue management.

ATMs

Three ATMs are located throughout Frost Bank Center, including on the Plaza Level near Sections 103 and 113 and on the Balcony Level near Sections 207.

Attire
-
Guests must wear shirts and appropriate attire at all times while inside Frost Bank Center.

Automobile Assistance
-
If your vehicle battery dies, please notify the nearest parking attendant for assistance. Jump-start equipment is available on site, and guests may be asked to leave their hood open so staff can easily locate the vehicle.

Bag Policy
-
Bags must be 12" x 12" x 6" or smaller, whether clear or not, to be allowed into the arena. All bags will go through a security screening at entry. Please note that bag policies may vary by tour. Visit our Bag Policy page for more information.

Banners - Posters - Signs
-
Guests may not use or wave banners, signs, or other items that are affixed to poles or sticks made of wood, metal, plastic, or any other hard material. Handheld signs may not exceed 11" x 17" in size.
Teams and artists may not distribute signs to fans that do not comply with these guidelines.
Signs may not be displayed during play at a sporting event, placed on the court, or affixed to the building structure.

Box Office Hours

The Frost Bank Center Box Office is open on event days only and opens three hours prior to the scheduled event start time. During the first seven days of public on-sale, tickets for Frost Bank Center and Freeman Coliseum events are available online only.
Frost Bank Center is a cashless facility.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any tickets for a Frost Bank Center event. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, please contact the original point of purchase regarding refund options.

Cashless Venue

Frost Bank Center only accepts debit and credit cards, as well as tap-to-pay options including Apple Pay and Google Wallet. Cash is not accepted.
Cash-to-Card kiosks are available at Sections 3/4, 103, and 207.

Designated Driver Program

During Spurs games, the Designated Driver kiosk is located outside Section 118. Participants must be 21 years of age and present a valid driver’s license to receive a wristband valid for one complimentary soft drink.

Directions & Parking
-
Frost Bank Center offers on-site parking, with prices and availability varying by event.
Guests are encouraged to pre-purchase parking online. The venue is cashless, and parking transactions require valid debit or credit cards or tap-to-pay.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Drop-Off
Fans arriving by vehicle drop-off may utilize any open parking lot gate. Limousines and buses must enter through Gate E.
Pick-Up
Following events, guests should exit near Section 125 and meet their driver in the designated Passenger & Rideshare Pick-Up Zone located in Lot 5. Pick-up on surrounding streets is prohibited. Guests and drivers must follow posted signage and staff instructions.

Elevators & Escalators

Elevators are located at the Southwest VIP, Southeast VIP, and Northeast VIP entrances, as well as to the left of First Aid near Section 119.
Escalators are available on both the North and South Concourses near Sections 106 and 124.

First Aid

First Aid stations are located on the Plaza Level across from Section 119 and on the Balcony Level across from Section 222.
In the event of an emergency, please notify the nearest Frost Bank Center representative or uniformed sheriff’s officer.

Food & Beverage

A variety of food and beverage options are available throughout Frost Bank Center. For a full list of offerings, please visit our Food & Beverage page.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the following exceptions:
- Baby bottles, formula, etc. for small children
- Small snacks and non-alcoholic beverages (sealed and up to 8 ounces) if medically necessary
Guests bringing food or beverages for medical reasons must declare these items at security screening.

Guest Conduct
-
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following standards of conduct apply at Frost Bank Center:
- Disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures, is prohibited.
- Guests must consume alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Guests must sit in their ticketed seats and present tickets upon request.
- Fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter restricted areas will result in immediate ejection.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited.
- Obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing are not permitted.
- Unauthorized ticket sales on Frost Bank Center property are prohibited.
- Guests must comply with arena management regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
- Carrying another guest on your back or shoulders is prohibited.
Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without refund, to refuse admission or eject any guest whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the enjoyment of others.

Guest Services locations are on the Plaza Level near Section 101 and on the Balcony Level near Section 206.

Item Check-In

Items that cannot be safely stored under a seat, such as strollers or large umbrellas, must be checked at the Guest Services location near Section 101.

Lost & Found

If you lose an item during an event, please notify the nearest team member or visit Guest Services located near Sections 101 or 206. Found items may also be turned in at these locations.
Items are held for 30 days. Unclaimed items are donated to charity.
On non-event days, please call 210-444-5012 for lost item inquiries.

Lost Children
-
If a child becomes separated from their group, please notify the nearest Frost Bank Center team member immediately. Separated children will be escorted to Guest Services near Section 101.

Merchandise

Event-specific merchandise is available throughout the concourse during Frost Bank Center events.
Spurs Fan Shop
The Spurs Fan Shop is the official fan shop of the San Antonio Spurs and Austin Spurs. The flagship location is on the south end of Frost Bank Center and features a wide variety of merchandise.

San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo
San Antonio Livestock Exposition merchandise is available during the annual San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo in February.

The sale or sampling of merchandise, food, beverages, or other items on Frost Bank Center property without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited items may vary based on the type of event and are subject to change at the discretion of Frost Bank Center management.
The following items are prohibited at all events (this list is not all-inclusive):
- Aerosol cans
- Backpacks and oversized bags
- Balls and sports equipment
- Blunt objects, including bats, clubs, sticks, and brass knuckles
- Bottles, cans, thermoses, coolers, and other beverage containers not permitted under the Food and Beverage policy
- Brooms
- Cameras with detachable lenses or lenses longer than 3 inches
- Chains and spike accessories
- Dangerous costume props, including nunchucks, pitchforks, axes, swords, whips, and similar items
- Drones
- Drug paraphernalia
- Electronic cigarettes and vape devices
- Explosive devices, including fireworks and ammunition
- Firearms, including replicas and toys
- Flasks
- Knives, tools, and sharp objects
- Laser pointers and light-emitting devices
- Mace, pepper spray, or tear gas
- Outside food and beverages not permitted under the Food and Beverage policy
- Poles or rods of any kind, including selfie sticks
- Stun guns and tasers
- Video cameras and recording devices
- Laptops and tablets

Restrooms

Restrooms are located on all levels throughout the arena and meet or exceed ADA specifications. Private restrooms are also available on every level to accommodate guests with disabilities who may require assistance from a companion or family member.

During Spurs games, Season Ticket Members may visit Season Ticket Headquarters located outside Section 113.

Security & Screening
-
Frost Bank Center utilizes walk-through magnetometers at all arena entrances as part of enhanced security procedures to promote a safe and efficient entry experience.
Guests will be asked to remove metallic items, including cameras, keys, and cell phones, during the screening process. All bags are subject to inspection in accordance with our Bag Policy. Guests without bags are encouraged to use designated No Bag Lanes to expedite entry.

Sensory Room

A Sensory Room is available on the Balcony Level in Section 230 for guests who may need a quiet, calming space during their visit.
Access to the Sensory Room may be requested through Guest Services at Section 101 or Section 207. Guests may be escorted by a team member. To ensure all guests have the opportunity to use the space, time in the room may be limited to 15 minutes when others are waiting.

Guests needing assistance during an event may text CARE to 69050 with their location and request. Assistance is available without leaving your seat.

Tobacco & Smoke-Free Policy

Frost Bank Center is a tobacco- and smoke-free facility.
Smoking and tobacco use of any kind are prohibited, including cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, personal vaporizers, smokeless tobacco, and pipes.
There are no designated smoking areas inside the arena. The smoke-free policy extends 500 feet beyond the building.

Umbrellas

Guests may keep umbrellas under their seat, provided they do not interfere with the foot space of other guests. Umbrellas may also be checked at Guest Services near Section 101 until the end of the event.

Wellness Room (Nursing & Lactation Room)

A private Wellness Room is available for nursing parents or guests seeking a quiet space during events.
The Wellness Room is located in the Southwest VIP Lobby near Section 110. Access is available during events by requesting entry from a nearby team member.
