Bag Policy
To help create a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, Frost Bank Center has a bag policy designed with your comfort and safety in mind.
👜 Bag Size & Screening
Bags must be 12" x 12" x 6" or smaller, whether clear or not, to be allowed into the arena. Magnetometer screening machines will be in use at each entry, and our standard prohibited item list will be enforced. Bag policies may vary by tour, so please review your event page for the most up-to-date information before arriving.
❌ Oversized Bags
To keep lines moving and ensure everyone’s safety, the following types of bags are not permitted:
- Backpacks
- Oversized totes or purses
- Duffel bags
- Luggage
- Camera bags
- Laptop bags
- Drawstring bags that exceed size limits
Exceptions: Diaper bags and medical bags are allowed and will be screened and tagged by Security.
🔐 Need to Store a Bag?
Guests with bags that do not meet the size requirements may use secure Binbox lockers, available for $10, located outside the following entrances:
- Main East Entrance (near Lots 3 & 4)
- Michelob Ultra Club Entrance (near Freeman Coliseum or Lot 2)
