At the Frost Bank Center, we are committed to providing an inclusive, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests. Our facilities and services are designed to ensure every guest, regardless of ability or sensory needs, can enjoy events with confidence and comfort.
We are proud to be a Sensory Inclusive™ Certified Venue through our partnership with KultureCity. This certification means our staff is trained to support guests with sensory processing needs, and the venue is equipped with dedicated resources to enhance the guest experience.

🎟️ Accessible Seating & Ticketing

- Accessible Seating: Available on all levels of the arena, ensuring comparable sightlines and experiences for all guests.
- Ticket Purchases: Accessible tickets are available at the Frost Bank Center Box Office (open on event days only) or online via Ticketmaster. When purchasing online, use the “Accessibility” filter to locate appropriate seating.
- Seat Relocation: If you need accommodation for a ticket purchased in non-accessible seating, please visit Guest Services on event day or contact the Box Office in advance.
Please note that accessible seating availability may vary depending on the event.

🚪 Entrances & Elevators

- Accessible Entrances: All main entrances are ADA-compliant.
- Elevators: Elevators are located at all major entry points and provide access to all seating levels. Ask a staff member for assistance if needed.

👜 KultureCity® Sensory Bag

KultureCity® Sensory Bags are available for checkout at Guest Services in Section 101 on the Plaza Level and Section 207 on the Balcony Level. Each bag includes noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, communication cue cards, and a KultureCity® lanyard. These bags are free to use and designed to support guests who may feel overwhelmed or experience sensory overload.
A valid I.D. is required to borrow a sensory bag and will be held by Guest Services until the bag is returned.

Designated accessible parking spaces are available in Lots 1–4 and Lot 6. Availability and pricing may vary by event. Guests are encouraged to pre-purchase parking online.

🛋️ Sensory Room

A Sensory Room is available on the Balcony Level in Section 230 for guests who may need a quiet, calming space during their visit. The room features calming lights, soft seating, and sensory tools to help guests feel more comfortable.
- Access: Request entry through Guest Services at Section 101 or Section 207 (availability may vary).
- Use: Guests may be escorted by a staff member. To ensure all guests have the opportunity to use the space, time in the room may be limited to 15 minutes when others are waiting.

Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are welcome inside the Frost Bank Center in accordance with ADA guidelines. For seating accommodations, we recommend notifying us at the time of ticket purchase. A service animal relief area is located near the Ultra Club entrance, with waste bags available.
