The Frost Bank Center features accessible seating and companion seating on all levels, convenient disability parking, and in house PA. Assistive Listening Devices are available at Guest Services on the Plaza Level at Section 101 for every event. The venue is well-equipped with accessible public restrooms, water fountains, and concession stands.

Our facility has been designed to provide easy access for our guests with disabilities. The Frost Bank Center recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and every effort has been made to comply with both ADA and state accessibility mandates. In addition, the Frost Bank Center strives to be proactive in recognizing and responding to the needs of all our guests.
